Erik Rappel has 30 years of construction experience, having worked in various sectors of construction. Out of the ground construction, renovation of commercial & institutional properties. Erik has a keen eye for details, he is able to handle multiple projects of various degrees of difficulty. He manages the day-to-day operations including but not limited to manpower, allocation, sub-contractors, coordination, and oversight. Erik has the unique ability of being able to foresee potential difficulties on projects before they arise. Erik has built over 1 million square feet of space in his 30 years of experience.
Erik’s diverse background in retail, institutional, corporate, mid-rise & big box construction enables him to manage almost any type of project.

Jim Powderly is the Executive Vice President & Principal in charge of assigned projects at Norco Construction. With over 37 years of construction management experience, Jim has an established track record of satisfied clients. Jim is responsible for all facets of construction operations utilizing a “hands-on” approach to projects. Jim communicates effectively with all team members to facilitate the foresight of potential issues so that resolution may be achieved without impact to schedule or budget.
Jim’s career began as a union laborer while attending Bucknell University. He subsequently fulfilled the roles of Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Director, Director of Operations & various Vice President ranks. Jim has played an integral role in the massive growth of numerous companies throughout his career. His project list is composed of major corporate interior projects for the likes of Salomon Brothers, Swiss Re, Microsoft, AON, Ziff Davis, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, George Corefort & Sons, and Loews Corporation. He has built and managed major residential developments and has also managed new construction projects. Jim is familiar with the nuances of performing both union and non-union construction projects. He has participated as a member of the Board of Directors for CAGNY. Two of his projects have been awarded Interior Design of the Year by Interiors Magazine.
