Eastern Suffolk BOCES

Norco Construction, Inc. completed the renovation of the Human Resources facilities at the James Hines Administration Building for Eastern Suffolk BOCES. The project included reconstructing the first-floor HR office suite and renovating basement HR storage areas. Our work involved selective demolition, new partitions, doors and hardware, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring and carpeting, custom casework, and updated finishes. The scope also included HVAC modifications, new electrical and interior lighting, communications and data infrastructure, and modifications to the existing fire alarm system. The work was performed within an active educational facility and required careful phasing, coordination, and protection of ongoing operations.
