NYS DOT Fleet Maintenance Facility

Norco Construction completed a large-scale gut rehab and interior fit-out at the DCAS/DOT fleet facility in Brooklyn. The phased project included major demolition, structural repairs, excavation, steel, masonry, concrete, electrical service upgrades, HVAC installation, underground plumbing, gas service upgrades, and sprinkler system work. Interior renovations covered new bathrooms, training rooms, locker rooms, offices, epoxy floors, millwork, finishes, and lighting. All work was carefully phased to keep the 24-hour facility fully operational throughout construction.
