Complete interior tenant remodel of a non-operating kitchen to build a new café and bar within Bloomingdale’s Mercantile. Scope of work included demolition, new MEP systems, kitchen upgrades, bar installation, and high-end interior finishes—all executed within a busy, three-story indoor mall.
