This multi-floor MTA office renovation involved a full interior fit-out within an occupied urban building. The work included selective demolition, reconfiguration of office layouts, and installation of new partitions, ceilings, and architectural finishes. Upgraded HVAC, electrical, lighting, and data systems were coordinated across multiple floors, along with new millwork, flooring, and life safety improvements, resulting in a modern, efficient office environment.
