Norco Construction has successfully completed a comprehensive rehabilitation and interior fit-out of the DCAS/DOT fleet facility in Brooklyn, New York. This phased project involved extensive demolition and structural work, along with upgrades to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, gas services, and new bathroom and training facilities. Industrial epoxy floors were installed throughout repair areas, and interior renovations included updates to offices, locker rooms, and maintenance facilities with new millwork, stone, tile, and lighting systems. Notably, all work was carried out while maintaining the facility's 24-hour operational status.
